We offer a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date only if the BulkBot software is not functioning as intended. To qualify for a refund, you must provide evidence that the software is not working as described.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed promptly after approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Cancellation Policy

As BulkBot provides digital products with instant access upon payment, cancellation requests are only accepted within the first 24 hours of purchase, during our standard working hours (Mon to Fri, 10 AM to 6 PM). After this period, the purchase is considered final, and no cancellations will be entertained.
